3. Wake up tired? Yawning in the afternoon? Look and feel
older than you really are? Come find out how inactivity and the foods you eat
can cause a loss or gain of sustained healthy energy. Dr. Jody Tenjeras, D.C.,
C.C.N. will offer tips and personalized testing at this energizing workshop.

The stylists and wardrobe specialist from the LaFontaine fashion world
will provide demonstrations on how to improve your looks by styling your hair
with professional techniques and tricks by Vanessa. Also tips on keeping a fresh look on your
hands and toes by Darlene. Liz and Linda will demonstrate the basic foundations
needed in your closet to keep you looking slim and fit. Update your look by

27. Create a Pen & Ink Mini
Work of Art , Taught by award winning artist Wendy Willihnganz. Students will learn the basics of line and
form using pen & ink to create spring inspired “paintings” on bookmarks.
Color will be added to bring your piece to life. All supplies will be provided
by Wendy for a $5 materials fee. Students will go home with a completed project
as a remembrance for this very special day.
